This website is an information portal for the VALE NAVIO OWNERS TRUST (VNOT).

The Trust was formed in the early 1990’s by my husband Anthony Madden, in order to bring together the owners of timeshare at the Vale Navio Resort as a single creditor, in the bankruptcy proceedings that have been (and still are) running in the Portuguese Courts. Tony suffered a very serious stroke over 10 years ago and I have been and remain his full time carer and although I have maintained the Trust’s position in the Portuguese courts, I’ve been unable to continue the Trust’s work in the UK to its previous manner.

Recently, one of the legal proceedings bore some fruit and therefore we are in the process of writing to everyone who contributed to the “Buy Out Plan” with some very good news for once. In order to ensure that the future actions of the trust are carried out in a proper fashion, I have decided to employ the help of a solicitor and therefore the majority of your enquiries will be handled by her.
